Shipping & Returns Policy — Techdeals Oman

Shipping

We will endeavour to process and ship your order by the same working day, or the next working day at the latest, from the time it is received. Orders within Oman typically take between 1-2 working days to arrive from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping and delivery is available on all orders within Oman with a value above OMR 30. For orders below OMR 30, a minimal delivery charge of OMR 2 will apply. Delivery to Out of Service Areas may incur additional charges. For international shipments, the recipient may be required to pay Customs Duties or other fees levied by the destination country. Techdeals Oman has no control over these charges and is unable to calculate them in advance. International shipping times vary by carrier and destination, typically ranging from 4-10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Accidents happen. Whether you ordered the wrong part or decided afterwards that you'd like to upgrade, Techdeals Oman offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get the right product for your needs. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, the following policy applies to all purchases made through Techdeals Oman.

• Exchange or return is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.
• No exchange or return will be processed without the original invoice and warranty card, and the product — including its original packaging — must be returned unused and unopened (original seal intact), along with all accessories and any Free of Cost (FOC) items included with the purchase.
• No exchange or return is available for the following product categories: Software, Cartridges & Toners.
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete any return or exchange.
• It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the returned item to the Techdeals Oman office. For convenience, Techdeals Oman may arrange collection via courier at a nominal charge.
• Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the item has been received, and follow up with confirmation of whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.
• Items marked as "On Request" are not eligible for return.
• Shipping costs on returned items are the customer's responsibility, and any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If Techdeals Oman is required to cover shipping charges on a returned product, those charges will be deducted from the applicable refund.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt of the item, followed by notification of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original credit card or bank account within a set number of days.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation

Orders paid via Tabby (or other installment/BNPL providers, where applicable) that are subsequently cancelled by the customer will incur a 2% cancellation fee, deducted from the refund amount. We kindly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchase. For any questions about this policy, please reach out to our customer support team.

Warranty Policy

We hope you're delighted with your purchase! Should an issue arise, most items are covered by a Standard Warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years, as specified in the individual product description. In most cases, the warranty is provided directly by the official manufacturer and its authorized service centre, ensuring your product is handled by trained professionals with the utmost care.

For any product issue, customers may approach the relevant brand's service centre, or return the item to the Techdeals Oman office. A pick-up service can also be arranged at a nominal charge.

Trade Restrictions

Techdeals Oman does not deal with or provide products or services to any individual, entity, or country subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
